i was looking thru my scrapbook stash and came around this sheet of camera i brought at Treasured Memories http://www.treasuredmemories.typepad.com/ and from that the creating began
i cut out two of the camera poloraids distress and inked the edges i believed i used walnut and gathered twigs ( i don't take the best notes)
covered the camera cut out with large square fragment (why were these discontinued?) used glossy accents to adhere the fragment to the camera cutout. Distressed the fragment with alcohol ink around the outside edges. set aside and allow to dry.
using the a brick stencil i inked the top of the tag, aged maghoney, and created shadows with gathered twigs
emboss with clear embossing powder
paint mortar lines with white distress paint, i didn't paint exactly more willy nilly, dry
distress edges of tag, ink edges with walnut ink
i used gears - chipboard and metal, watch gears, wind up a key, and wood elements (again picked up at Treasured memories), to rereate the lens from the camera.
finished with filmstrip
ENJOY!
